Overview

This course is designed for complete beginners. If you are curious about freediving and want a proper first experience without committing to a longer programme, AIDA1 is the ideal place to start. You will be introduced to the core principles of freediving, including breathing, safety, technique, and equalisation, before experiencing your first in-water sessions.
